Go Shawty! It's Your Birthday! You Gonna Party Like It's Your Birthday! - 50 Cent

Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to me! Happy Birthday to me-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-*sucks in breath*-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-y-e-e-e-e-e! Happy Birthday to me!

That's right folks. You're in the presence of a female blogger who is has now officially tacked another year into her fairly young (and I'm using the term "young" very loosely) life. "How do you feel, Ms. Royal Reigns?" Nothing. I feel absolutely nothing. I have issues, peeps. I love birthdays. I love celebrating people's birthdays. I love when my day comes around. And when it arrives. Then I thank God for His infinite blessings. Wish myself a great day. That's bout it. Yep, that's where it ends. Full stop. Period. That's all folks! I usually don't have high hopes for my day. I'm afraid if I invite people to my party or shindig no one will come and I'll be all by myself...*pregnant pause*...*sings*"All by myself. Don't wanna be all by myself. Anymoooooooooreeeeeeee!" It'll just be me & some isolating balloons. Floating aimlessly through the empty space. I told F^2 this and of course, she thinks I'm on drugs. Well, at the time I told her I did just pop some 1600mg of Ibuprofen. Take that for what it's worth. Like I was saying, I'm always hesitant bout creating stuff to do on my day for fear of disappointment. "Ok. But I'm sure you've done an outing or a dinner and your friends attended that." This much is true. But this is a yearly fear so leave me!

I am happy that I used this day to update my blog. Yay me! So to celebrate my day, I will give you my 21 Random Facts. 21 because, hello!, I was born on the 21st day of the 10th month of the year. Aww, some you guys thought I actually turned 21? *sad face* FAIL!

1. My sis' birthday mate is Shia LaBeouf . My brother's bday mates are Tiger Woods & Lebron James. Me? For the longest, I had no celebrity to share this great day with. Until now. I present to you Amber Rose and Kim Kardashian. *awkward silence* *crickets humming "All By Myself"*

2. Based on this blog, you guys already know my undying love for Carmelo Anthony and BSB but I do have other guys I fawn over: Conan O'Brien, Shia LaBeouf, Elliott Yamin, Ne-Yo and Zachary Levi. Some of these guys may not appeal to you and at least one might look like your typical Igbo village uncle (Hi, Ne-Yo!) but for these guys, this is purely based on talent. Well, except Zachary Levi. He's just plain FINE! Check him out on NBC's "Chuck".

3. I bought my first MAC product last year. It was foundation. Bought my 2nd item earlier this year. Lipstick. My 3rd one? Just a couple weeks ago. Lipstick, again. Purple. I heart purple. Which leads me to...

4. My freaked out love for this color. Color. Color. Color. Color. (Is it only me that notice when you write/type a word multiple times in succession it begins to look funny and you start questioning yourself if that's even the correct spelling?) I don't know when this madness started and honestly, I don't know when it'll end. But even I realize my obsession is kinda weird. I usually buy stuff if it has purple in it. Yes, that includes candles, deodorants, perfumes, etc. Thank goodness it smells great. But I tend to stay away from anything flavored purple. Those tend to tastes like shit. My workplace looks like it was vomited in purple. And it's worse when I wear something purple that day. My ipod is purple. My cellphone has a purple skin that I purchased. I have a couple of purple purses. Nailpolishes. Underwears. Bras. My vaseline cover is puple. So are my cotton swabs. Earrings. Necklaces. I own a purple tights...ok, maybe it's maroon-ish but play along. But something I realized I don't have enough of are purple clothes. Which I'm putting an end to. Naturally.

5. It takes a whiz-zile for me to update pictures on FB and/or Myspace. Actually, it's just FB cause I've closed down my Myspace page. R.I.P. But who knew uploading an album on FB will take away a couple hrs of your day. It's hard work. Seriously.

6. A couple nights ago, my sis caught me watching "Sorority Wars" which is a Lifetime Original Movie. She wondered why I love watching teenage/college shows, movies. I don't know. But I love 'em! "Degrassi: The Next Generation", "90210", "The O.C." *weeps*, "Gossip Girl", "Suite Life of Zack and Cody", "Even Stevens". I can go on and on. I truly believe those above shows are better than alot of "adult" shows currently airing now.

7. Yes, as noted above, I did watch a Lifetime Movie. But anybody that knows me is aware that this is rare like Mr. Clean with hair. I do not like Lifetime. "Sorority Wars" was the first (and hopefully) last time I watched a Lifetime movie from beginning to end. One of my fav TV show, "Project Runway", I hardly watch this season cause it's on some Lifetime channel. I was actually HEATED when I heard that it will no longer be on Bravo. I mean, what is a Lifetime? Someone explain.

8. I'm much more comfortable around guys than girls. I can open up to a guy like this *snap of fingers* Girls? Not so much. Now, remember I'm shy. So it's not even me doing the approaching. This is after they approach me. Yeah, me is weird.

9. I can spend top dollar on watches and purses. And eyeframes. Might as well look right (literally) in some designer frames.

10. I feel in my past life I was a dancer. I love anything related to dancing. Ok, I take that back. Not a fan of "Dancing With the Stars". Anywho, anytime I see a professional dancer in the zone, I feel I can do that, too. Moments later, while on the floor wincing, I realize that's not the case. But if you believe it, you can achieve it.

11. Growing up I was very much into writing. Lots and lots of stories I have jumbled up in my head. I wish for the life of me that I can find even ONE of those stories. I even used to have illustrations. *le sigh* Whilst happened to my skills?

12. Also, I was a pro at creating songs. One time, I even had a informercial going on, "Put it on your face. Put it on your face. Put it on your face and see how it works!" Ok, that can have so, so many different interpretations. Alas, it was for some make believe vaseline I had my doll be the spokesperson for. Later on in my "young" life, it became songs that I know for a FACT would be a Top 10 single right now. Trust.

13. I have an addictive personality. But I guess the upside to that trait is that it only lasts for a limited time. Remember my beyond fascination of Farm Town? Yeah, just a faded memory. I still tend to it but not at the rate I was going at earlier. Now, how about that FB addiction? Has this translated in my personal love life? *sheepish smile*

14. I can not control my laughter. When something is HIGH-larious to me, I laugh. May it be at a funeral, church, Obama's speech. Watching a commercial regarding orphans. Anything. If something is funny, I laugh. Period. I admire someone who can control their laughter but then again, I may question that person's level of humor.

15. Sometimes feel I'm not the best when it comes to consoling someone. Is "I'm sorry" enough? It feels like that's all I have to offer and it bothers me.

16. I started driving at the ripe age of 2* and it was illegal. Yep, driving around without a license or driving around with a learner's permit after 6pm. Good times! As you probably have guessed, I've failed my driver's test a good amount of times. So good, that I'm even embarrassed to type on an anonymous blog how many times I've failed.

17. Growing up, I wanted to be an accountant. At a young age of 8, that was my goal. It never came to pass. After a couple accounting courses in Naija and here in the States, that dream was over with a quickness.

18. Libra traits: diplomatic and urbane, indecisive and changeable, romantic and charming, gullible and easily influenced (TA! I have a HUGE problem with that. When I was younger, yes, that was the case. But not now. DEFINITELY not now), easygoing and sociable, flirtatious and self-indulgent (Me? A whole me? Self-indulgent? Maybe a little...a tad...just a tad), idealistic and peaceable. Also, it's noted that Libras are the most attractive sign. :oP

19. I seem to attract guys that are miles younger than me, miles older than me or guys that have girlfriends/wives. Never a guy that is around my age and single. Never. Okay, I lie but it's rare like Mr. Clean with hair (didn't I just use that line?).

20. I want to do either one of the following: bungee jump, water ski or parasailing. But wait, I have a slight fear of heights and flying and terribly afraid of water and can't swim. So why is parasailing on that list? Cause I wanna conquer all my fears at once, dammit!

21. My dream job is to be a NBA Executive. Of any sorts. Let me just work in the NBA for fucks sake. Let me be near my Melo. Let me be near Gee Wiz (Wizards' mascot). Let me bounce a ball on a real NBA court. Please?! Pretty please with Melo naked on top? NBA: It's FANtastic!

I'm out like my last day of my vacation. Back to work tomorrow. Eww. It was fun while it lasted, I guess. A lot of me time.

Thank you, Tayne! No, never watched "Less Than Perfect" but I heard he did a great job on the show. Oops, I should've added "hair" to my top dollar list. L O L @ the "hair warriors"! Didn't mind the long comment, at all. If I can dish the long comments, might as well take the long responses.

OM: Thank you! And what's so "interesting" bout my post? lol.

Hey! I posted this comment on my blog as well, but I wanted to be sure you saw it! The black dress you wanted is not sold out!! Those sizes are in UK sizing, if you wear a US size 20/22 you will probably want to order the 24, which is available on the first link you clicked before. If you need a UK size 20/22, the dress is also available in straight sizes up to 22 here:

Thanks, misspumping. Regarding IBTC, march on! It really isn't a life threatening issue. As long as you love 'em and rock 'em with! Personally, for me, I love my Double D's even more cause it compensates for my lack of an ass. lol.

I don't know why, but your screen name makes me giggle.
